UPDATE: Here's an oddity. I haven't played the game today at all, but decided to check the Battlelog site to change a loadout, and wouldn't you know it, my score dropped another two points... how the hell did that happen? Did someone F@#$ing snipe me in Battlelog? Da Fuq! (and I'm generally a relaxed dude about these things). Graaaaaawhr, I don't want to become an Internet doofus that complains about everything.

Anyone who has read many of the posts on this admittedly very new site knows that I enjoy Battlefield 4. I've been playing on the PS4, and I've been fortunate enough to suffer through very few issues and errors besides a bit of occasional rubber-banding and getting killed by folks with 0 health from time to time.
The latest patch from DICE that claimed they would be fixing a number of errors/issues/and glitches... well, that hasn't been my experience, as you will see.
This new patch has actually added damned near every single one of those issues to the PS4, at least for me. Lag is insane. I'm shot with pistols through walls from a hundred meters away. I get into cover only to realize seconds later that because of lag, I'm actually out in the wide open with my face as a perfect target for some SOB in an LAV. I was coming down a set of stairs and went to hop around another person on my team and somehow launched off of his head instead and landed about twenty meters away... I don't know what the hell happened there.
Anyway, the patch actually added in a metric F%$# ton of issues for me on PS4, and I was wondering if others were experiencing the same problems now. I was having a ton of fun with the game, and in the past two days since this patch went live, I've had no fun at all, just frustration.
Last night playing Conquest on Rogue Transmission, I was shot by a player and died. Okay, that's fair. He got me. I spawned in a different part of the map and was instantly killed by the same guy in a single shot. Odd, I thought. I spawned again in another part of the map and was killed by the same guy in yet another single shot. Now, I don't think this guy was cheating. I think the game kept registering the same initial shot three separate times to kill me. WTF?
Hell, my skill dropped 110 points because my hits aren't registering, I'm getting killed by absolutely nothing - it actually shows nothing in the kill cam, and a host of other nonsense. It's not because I have a slow connection either - my download speed is around 28.43 mbps and upload is 6.83 mbps. Also, I've never had these types of issues before, so I can't imagine what hellish issues were introduced in this patch.
Still, when the game runs right, it provides me with one of the best possible gaming experiences. I think this weekend, I will record a montage of these issues and do a video about them.
Anyway, are any of you out there on the PS4 suffering the same issues since the latest patch? It can't just be me.
